Clarin College Policy on Vehicular Traffic Access
Policy Title: Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Beyond Marked Points

Policy Statement:
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of traffic around Clarin College, the following policy is established regarding vehicular access on the Lorro Gate Access Road.
1. Restricted Access:
- No school vehicular traffic is allowed beyond the point marked by the red arrow at the Lorro Gate Access Road.
2. Drop-Off Instructions:
- Parents/Guardians are advised to drop their children at parking facilities closest to the access boundary where it is safe to do so.
- The Board of Management accepts no responsibility for decisions made regarding drop-off locations. However, parents are advised to adhere to road traffic laws and regulations and use public parking locations where possible.
3. Alternative Access Points:
- Vehicular traffic access is available in areas marked with green arrows, as indicated on the provided map/signage.
4. Compliance and Enforcement:
- This policy is enforced to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary actions or other measures as deemed appropriate by the Board of Management.
5. Communication:
- This policy will be communicated to all parents/guardians, staff, and students through appropriate channels including school newsletters, website updates, and direct notices.
